Neon Brown Design is down for a much needed redesign. I am now aiming to have NBD be a place for learning and sharing ideas in the world of design and art. With my own tutorials and resources such as brushes, patterns and actions I would like to share my knowledge. Depending on how crazy I get, I would like to allow other users, newbies and veterans alike, to post their tutorials and knowledge as well.
